Bieber wants a chance with Emma Watson?
It seems Justin is looking for a woman who is more "grounded and normal," as he claims. Though how grounded and normal can a famous movie actor truly be? Bieber wants to have Emma come to one of his concerts and then go out to dinner afterwards. What do you think, would they make a fine couple? Or are they just too far out of each other's "circle?"
